Here's an idea; simple, but potentially quite hot.
You've got a couple of scientists, male and female working in a biological lab (I'll let you worry about the specifics). Suddenly, one of them knocks over a sealed flask, spilling the contents. The building's central computer detects the incident and seals the lab's electronic doors to prevent widespread contamination, leaving the scientists trapped inside.
The flask, as it happens, was a potent pheromone that promotes extreme sexual arousal. I'll leave the rest to your imagination.
If you wanted, you could have more people in the lab; another woman, another man, or perhaps another m/f couple.
You could also have a part where the company's security, realizing that the spill poses no grave danger, attempt to get the scientists out of the lab after a couple hours, but the scientists cut the power to the door locks from inside the lab. They don't want to leave because they're having too much fun.

BTW, the more quiet and shy the two scientists are before the incident, the better. I think it would be good if they both had secret crushes on each other for a while, but never summoned the courage to do anything about it.
