Expert John Black testified that video shows Rosenbaum chasing Rittenhouse before reaching for the defendant's gun, Huber attacking Rittenhouse with his skateboard and attempting to wrestle away the gun, and Gaige Grosskreutz, who was injured, running at Rittenhouse armed with a pistol, according to WQAD 8.

"A citizen in that position, given those indicators, would it be reasonable for them to believe they were about to be assaulted?" Black stated. "I would argue yes."

It was not only reasonable, it was pretty much mandatory unless KR wanted to be beaten or killed by the Leftist mob.

Yet if he had just stayed home and minded his own business, none of this would have happened, or didn't that thought enter your mind?

Of course it did - because, if the roles had been reversed, that's exactly what Bud would have said if Rittenhouse had been a liberal, gunning down Deplorables.

And we all know it. ;)

Bud Spencer suggested it could be ceded to the thugs. From whom?

Everyone else.

So, in essence, you want your pals, the thugs, to have free rein to do as they wish in the streets, but everyone else is advised to remain indoors, lest they be assaulted or worse by those self-same thugs.

Or is there another way to see what you are saying?

Yes, there is another way to see what I’m saying. Sorry that it’s so difficult for you.

Feel free to expand. Because from here, it looks like you want the streets ruled by the mob.
Your boy Kyle was brandishing a weapon in the middle of the street, impeding traffic and being a public nuisance. He was the thug in that scenario.

Again, false. He was carrying his AR in the low carry position, a safe posture and legal in that state. There were dozens in the street, and the leftist thugs had lit a dumpster on fire in the middle of same. When someone wearing similar clothing to KR extinguished the fire, a bald-headed goon mis-identified KR as the one who hd performed that civic duty and began to chase him down, earning him a 55-grain trip to Hell.

It figures that you’d take the side of the thug with the weapon. Are you afraid that he’ll be after you next?

Weapons are just tools. In the hands of a thug like the one that chased KR, they can be pernicious. In the hands of the righteous, like KR, they are tools of civic hygiene. I'm in favor of the latter, not so much the former. I understand, being a port-sider yourself, you feel differently.

KR went about his business peacefully that night, working with and among cops to help keep things polite. It was only after a belligerent leftist began to assault KR that things got chippy. KR is the victim here, and he handled himself admirably.

Stupidest fucking argument I've read on the subject.

How about if the worthless, human feces, cocksuckers had stayed home they wouldn't have gotten their scum bag asses shot.

This was so screwed up. Kyle should have never been alone. Ever see a cop wade into a riot by his/herself?

If someone else were with him the entire incident could have been avoided. A mental patient armed with a bag of sundries could have easily been handled by two people.

And after he shoots the first guy, to the crowd he is an active shooter. Does anyone think the guy with the skateboard attacked just for the fun of it?

Had the guy with the handgun shot Kyle instead of the other way around, couldn’t he make the same argument in the OP?

The whole situation could have been avoided if the thugs hadn't assaulted KR, no? Or is that too much to ask?

Lots of things went wrong. The guy he shot should not done what he had did. But then, he was crazy. He had just been released from a mental hospital.

After the first shooting, the other two were trying to subdue an active shooter.

It was a chain of events that could have been avoided.

Thug #1 was a child molester, too, no? Doesn't seem like the world is a worse place for his absence.

The second assailant, maybe, was unaware of the good shoot KR had made. The third, IIRC, was aware and was going to revenge when he was turned into a slot machine.

You misspelled 'illegal'.

Rittenhouse was not entitled to have a gun in that state.

Yes, he was unaware. That’s how things go wrong.

Brilliant move, take a skateboard to a gun fight. *chuckle*

BTW, Antifa assholes are schooled to take skateboards to their "peaceful protests." Skateboards make for good weapons, fast escapes, and they appear innocuous.

The human filth that got his ass shot locally thought attacking someone with a skateboard was a good idea too. The shooter was charged with everything except spitting on the sidewalk, ultimately all charges were dropped. The "peaceful protestor" in this case turned out to be a "professional protestor" that had come over from Texas to participate.
