Kushner eyes up Gaza Waterfront Property

Sounds like a Trumpian approach, right? Just move everyone out to the desert, at least temporarily, then bulldoze what was left and turn it into great, lucrative waterfront properties. And maybe let the desert dwellers return after the rebuilding process.

What are the logistics again? [How many years to rebuild this?]

  • bulldoze the desert and make a place for them
  • construct shelters, of course
  • meet their water and sanitation needs,
  • build temporary roads
  • provide medical facilities
  • establish police force [military at first]
  • provide some kind of jobs, of course, so they are not freeloading
  • and provide education
While that's going on, root out the Hama's remnants and, again, more bulldozing to create the waterfront images.
  • new waterfront resources
  • modern living accommodations
  • hospitals
  • roads
  • sanitation
  • water desalination
  • electrocution and power sources
  • businesses that sustain growth [types unknown]
Easy for Jared to hypothesize a strategic plan without any background or foresight into war effort restorations. One must also look into the financing of all those deals and contracts - don't forget about those aspects. Donald has some background in Casino management and buildings at least with three that failed and went bankrupt. 'Gotta love it when a plan comes together!' as the A-Team used to remark in every show.

It does sound as if Kushner has been reading up on 'The Trail of Tears' and thought, that's a good idea.

I doubt if Kushner is much of a historian, particularly about American history, or regarding Andrew Jackson's approach to 'relocating Indians.'

However, the effects of Jackson's actions are similar to those in Gaza.

This week's Kushner-Grift is developing hotels in Serbia and Albania. Using both the Saudi $2billion and selling his political influence and access to a previous US President, he's proposing the building of hotels on land of historical significance.

“It’s one of the pearls of pre-war architecture, but there is the emotional aspect,” Borko Stefanovic, the deputy president of Serbia’s Party of Freedom and Justice.

Trump's former acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell is apparently doing the wheeling and dealing because Kushner is not quite up to it, and in return Grenell hopes to be appointed Secretary of State in a future MAGAGrifter administration.
