and seven other attorneys who filed a lawsuit seeking to overturn the state’s
2020 presidential election be disciplined, calling the suit
“a historic and profound abuse of the judicial process.”
Federal District Judge Linda V. Parker referred the group to the Michigan Attorney
Grievance Commission, as well as attorney disciplinary committees in the states
where each attorney is licensed, which could initiate proceedings that could result
in the lawyer’s being disbarred.
Lawyers for the city of Detroit, as well as Attorney General Dana Nessel (D), acting
on behalf of the state’s governor and secretary of state, had moved for the lawyers
to be disciplined.

New York mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani.

What these clown lawyers did was wantonly blatant and their case was thrown out of court immediately. This is the natural and proper follow-up to their attempt--supported by you now--to conduct a coup against the United States. You need to be tracked down (in Moscow?) and investigated.

There was no discovery needed. The judge questioned Powell and the defendants for several hours regarding their lack of scrutiny and investigation into the affidavits they utilized when filing their lawsuit about the election and the defendants had no answers.
Bottom line - Powell filed a lawsuit based on affidavits she and her colleagues accepted as fact without any scrutiny or verification.

Yes, this is how a the USA works.... democratically elected officials have the ability to appoint and hire individuals into many roles of govt. It is what a free and fair country like our does.

The claims that claims of election fraud and affidavits asserting as such were not investigated are false.
Every state has an obligation to investigate claims of election fraud and every state did so in 2020. The courts accepted those investigations as a basis for their decisions. There was no need to do any separate followup if the court had no basis to question the actions taken by the SoS in those investigations.
....because your doing a "what aboutism?". The topic you bring up has nothing to do with the other...so to conflate them is where you're going wrong.
But, I do understand your difficulty....it takes a bit of a higher level of thinking to figure these things out.

Investigations and audits are being done right now looking for fraud and irregularities and Democrats can’t file lawsuits fast enough to stop those audits. Their finding shit and Dems are running scared.
Now the house Dems pushed through the Lewis bill to take more power away from states. I won’t be too much longer on this planet, getting up there in age but you’ll have to live under the bloated, intrusive big government you created. I can’t say that I have any faith in republicans fighting back.
When everything is free we’ll see the takers outnumber the givers and our whole economy collapse wholesale, the process is already happening.
