She's suing the everlasting shit out of Penthouse for fucking with her. The pics they posted/published/distributed as "Anna Kournikova" are not of her.

I hope she wins because I think they fucked her over in a big way. Of course, so did all of the morons who wanted to jerk dick to her naked pictures. People just have no respect for anyone anymore.

I do believe all publications should be forced to prove the statements they make. Certainly this is a travesty against Anna K. If they show penthouse knowingly published fakes then
certainly they need to pay the piper for the dance they enjoyed at her expense.

If however, they are going after the deep pockets of Penthouse and ignoring the Photographer who allegedly misrepresented them to Penthouse It creates a whole new ball game.

I think I will reserve my judgment until more facts are brought out. Just because they filed a lawsuit doesn't make them right.

Just my take. I am sure this thread will stir some controversy.

It's not her, and the pictures suck. I was a tiny bit excited to see her nekkid, but as soon as I opened the mag, and saw the pictures were so not her I tossed it on the floor and went to fix a bowl of fruity pebbles and watch TV.

From what I've read, the pics were taken when Anna K was only 13 years old, so I believe that Penthouse KNEW they were fake but wanted to get the publicity anyway, even if it meant lawsuits were likely.

Easy now KM, I didn't say anybody was right or wrong. I just refuse to add my hand to the lynch rope. Both sides will be heard and if it comes out as appearances indicate then I would release the gallows trap myself. I have seen enough prejudging to last a lifetime.

Well, I have certainly lost a great deal of respect for Penthouse now. That certainly does suck, both for Miss Kournikova and the actual model. Really, I feel more sorry for the actual model than Kournikova.
