Know when you've finished puberty?

Ok, so many penis is bigger and the girth is increased however the "head" isn't really like i've seen others or anything and their is still a layer of like skin that sits above end of my penis - I've also just started to get belly hair, how long do you think I am through puberty?

Every guy is different, both in penis size/shape and in the time it takes to finish out puberty. Why sweat it?

You don't sound like you're old enough to be posting here, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Layer of skin? As in something different than a foreskin or a circumcision scar/bridge? And a general answer to your question is that both men and women don't completely finish maturing until age 20 or 21, but most of the changes are done by 18 (excluding people who take hormones after that point or develop some kind of medical condition that changes their hormones).

That would be me. It's amazing how estrogen changes everything. It's truly a second puberty.

I've noticed that a lot of guys don't finish growing all their chest hair (which is sometimes last to come in) until they're like 24 plus. When your voice stops cracking and evens out into a deeper tone is a good clue, too. Also, when you start needing to shave your face a lot, and your facial hair is busy, or wiry instead of soft is also a good indicator you're almost grown up.
