variation of chilled tomato parfait with vodka and basil granita

thai lemongras and coconut fish soup

chicken sate with peanut sauce

thai shrimps with 3 different sauce served on glass noodles

chicken korma & kathmadu curry served with basmati rice, mango chutney and warm popandoms

home-made lychee icecream on a physalis salad
