I never miss the Renaissance Festival here in Maryland and I usually end up going twice a year.

One year, I'd love to be a stage act.

sorry, but i won't totally get into it until i have my sword in my hands. i'm having one custom made by my boss, so having something else strapped to my waist would feel wrong. (well, the only other thing i would put there would be a katana, and that just ain't fly with the Ren Fests)

I'd love to go...but I'm a little too far to drive from Minnesota. I'll have to wait for the Minnesota Rennaissance Festival...anybody want to come to Minnesota? They haven't updated the site with 2002 information yet but it gives some good info:
