Is there any kneeling position that can last for multiple hours? Of course, on something soft, like a pillow

Is the bed wide enough that she can fall over in any direction without falling off it? Are you tying her arms in a position that might cause injury if she lands on them?

Her arms will be bound to the ceiling, and this bed is wide enough that she can't fall off. The only problem of hers will be this position maintained as long as I want, I just don't know how long should i go.
