Kim Jong Il visits Dmitry Medvedev/ Siberia

Elderly Kim Jong Il has enjoyed a 'fun trip' across Siberia in his armored train on his way to talks in Russia.
Kim Jong Il's motorcade stopped for a few hours at the village on the shores of Lake Baikal where the
dictator of North Korea took a two-tour on a yacht. It looks like Russia's Deputy Finance Minister,
Sergei Storchak would like to see North Korea pay back the $11 billion dollars it owes to Moscow.
Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) might be dead and forgotten. But the debt is not.
