You gotta see this. A female killer whale (over 20 feet long and typically weighing 3 to 4 tonnes) becomes entangled in a crayfish pot line off a New Zealand beach. The killer whale is trapped and cries for help from her family of killer whales. A dive team goes in and cuts the killer whale free. (Talk about your huevos grandes!) The freed killer whale then swims back to her family and they swim off. (The killer whales can kill an adult real whale and they could have killed the dive team, with the greatest of ease. However, it seems that the killer whales realized that the dive team was helping the trapped female and they left the dive team alone.) WHEW!
