man cuffed with his hands behind his back and shackled to chains at his ankles in police station. He may be the biggest piece of shit alive, i don't know what crime's he's accused of; that doesn't give an excuse for the treatment, as deputies and the current sheriff obviously agree. The fired wannabe says he's fed up with being spit on... understandable, but that does not excuse a crime when a spit hood could just as easily been placed on the man without the violence.

Democrats and Republicans are requesting that he remove his name from the ballot, WPTZ-TV reported.

anyone surprised it's a republican? anyone surprised he was running for sheriff? such a brave man kicking a cuffed and shackled prisoner in the groin/stomach area. The prisoner may well have been attempting to provoke some reaction; the deputies responded in a civilised, decent manner. They clearly know the difference between handling a prisoner who poses no great threat to anyone and behaving like macho-bullies.
