The representative is correct.

However it is not the reporters, out there slaving away trying to keep America Free that are to blame. It is the Editor, Producers, and management of the Media that seek to divert the attention on to another 60 seconds of their time to "Watch the exciting new Laundry powder," to care if what they are feeding the people is stupid.

Sheeple, herded into demographic pens and fed propaganda are easier to exploit.

We've got a lot of people, equipment and ammo piled up in Afghanistan. How are you going to move out over three dirt roads? Air Lift?

Is McCrystal right? Is he pursuing the optimum scheduled Bug-Out? Is the new strategy to make Hammid, govern rather than slice up the pie?

Nobody talks about that. 'Course it is hard to discuss the real objectives, while your are plotting the Bug-Out.

The US public is angry at Congress "because of the press. The press of the United States is not covering the most significant issue of national importance, and that's the laying of lives down" in the Afghan war, he said.

I disagree. The American people are angry at congress for their action, or inactions. Kennedy still doesn't get it.

This is just another Kennedy looking for headlines. Typical.

Well the media wastes resources all the time. Amazing scientific discoveries are made all the time, but only brief stories. Paris Hilton changes lip glosses everyone knows about it.

The possible discovery of a tomb of Jesus Christ barely made a blip on the radar, but a politicians affair has no stop coverage.

The media isn't there to inform any more, they entertain and fight for ratings. Every day important an interesting things are happening, but few in the media seem to notice.

If only professors, doctors, and first responders had paparazzi. I'd like to know more about those who are making a difference.
