How is a Kegel exercise done?

It's very simple. The easiest way to exercise is simply to contract the vagina, then relax. Repeat 20-400(depending on your strength) times/day.

If i remember it correctly what you have to do is first find your kegal muscles.

To do this sit down and start to pee then stop the flow. Keep doing this till you have learned how to contract those muscles.

Once you have done that you can do kegals anywhere just by contracting those same muscles you used to stop peeing.


Guys have a similar form of exercise where you contract the muscles that keep you from peeing. If you time it right and contract them just as you cum you can either extend the length your orgasam or sometimes have multiple ones.

I have never been able to get the multiple part down but I can extend the length of the orgasam for a good bit.

Kegels

A nurse once explained Kegels in the best way to me. Yes, do the peeing, and stopping. That's the first part. But once you stop, imagine the point at which your squeezing to be an elevator. Now try to squeeze that elevator up to your navel. Then release slowly. It might be easier to do this lying down, at first. But man! It really does tone up your tummy. Not that mine is very toned, but more so than it used to be.

I should really do this more often...
