i don't think it's a "must have".You can do your kegel successfully
without it,payng attention to breath.There's also something called vaginal bar bell,that can help.Essentially,any device put inside a vagina can do the trick,like a vibrator,to making the walls contracting against something.That's all.those are expensive that can be replaced by something else.

I would not spend money one something like that. you can do them with out anything start out by stopping the flow of your pee that way you feel just how you should be doing them. the great thing about kegal exercises is you can do them in the car or at work or while you watch tv. the way I do it is I tighten them a little hold for 5 then get tighter hold 5 second more you get the idea. Save your self the money and you can get great results. I have had 3 children and am still tight like I was before I had any kids.
