sorry, dirty minds.

i'm just wondering if there's a way to keep my PM inbox clear enough to receive messages without having to constantly delete all my sent and received messages. is there a way to save the more, um, interesting ones??

is there a percentage notification or other warning i can check so i know when to delete?

thanks.

if you keep on top of things, you wouldn't have such a problem, every time you log in, delete any unwanted PMs, simple

Tips include:

1. Don't use the message tracking system, those eat up space in your box.
2. If somebody has quoted your message in a reply, you can save the reply and then delete the original message you sent, and you will have both your message and theirs.
3. I save old messages to a text file on my computer (no easy way, just copy and paste) and then I delete them from my boxes.

Hope that helps!

At the very bottom of this page (the main forum index page) https://forum.literotica.com/index.php?s= is a private messages summary. Your allowed 100 messages between your inbox and sent messages; tracked messages do NOT count against the total. Effectively, the number of total messages is your percent full indictor because the limit is 100 -- i.e. 80 Total Messages is 80/100 of capacity or 80% full.

If you're using IE, then click file -> Save As and choose "Webpage, HTML Only" or Text File as the file type to save the PM as and then you can delete the original. (the Text file format wipes out the quotes, italics and bold in the PM, but it takes up less space.)

Way to go, WH! You answered the part of the question that I forgot. I was going to say the same. :)
