Unless the suicidal lady was planning on sitting next to the window of a high-flying aeroplane, I don't think an exploding boob would do much to anyone other than the late and unlamented, unless you count "trauma" from flying body bits (which could upset some).

I wouldn't think 72 female virgins would sound all that alluring either, but then again, most of these bombers are young men who are virgins themselves. I don't think they know what they want or are getting into in any respect.
