Keep the AV or New Av, That is the question?

As most of you know I like my Av. I generally keep an Av for a long while. I believe an Av is a quick way to find the person posting other then viewing the post listings for that person. I have been asked several times since 4/1 if she can change my Av.

What are your thoughts?
