A Kansas teacher doesn't seem to understand we all have a "preferred" name.
Mine is not Timmothy, or Timmy....it's Tim.
But, after, being reprimanded many times she is sueing over her due process and first amendment rights being violated.
She was qouted as saying, "I call anyone anything I damn well please." It's my right to have freedumb.
