Justifiable Homicide

If you kill someone that totally and completely irritates you, is that considered justifiable homicide? I am about 10 seconds away from killing my (not so) significant other. I swear on everything that I am going to murder him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or a head injury if he doesn't eat the mushrooms! You could try a fishing/hunting accident, or maybe a blow dryer in the shower? Homicide is in the eye of the observer, no witnesses, no crime!
