BoBo must not realize that wealthy white racist public and private institutions facilitated social inequity and nequality through their policies and practices.
Those same institution must play a major role in correcting the imbalances in society and fixing the damage they caused.
If those institutions continue to facilitate inequity and inequality through racist voting laws, police brutality, censoring the teaching of history, and disrespecting certain types of labor, etc, then America can expect to reap what those institutions have sown.
