There is an alternate universe where the people we know as heroes are villians, and those we know as villains are heroes. This is the world this takes place in.
For years the Crime Syndicate has basically ruled the world, the only thing stopping them is the threat of nuclear warfare by the worlds government. They are a mafia of sorts, run by 7 leaders who form the 'council'. Each leader owns a 'continent' as territory, and each have a large assortment of villains at their disposal.
The council consists of;
> Ultraman. The viscous leader of the council and evil counterpart to Superman. His territory is North America and Canada.
> Owlman. The equally viscous inventor and scientist who is Ultraman's biggest rival. He is the evil counterpart to Batman and his territory covers Russia and Asia.
> Superwoman. The evil counterpart of Wonder Woman. She is the Ex-Wife of Ultraman and the current girlfriend of Owlman. Her territory encompasses Europe.
> Barracuda. The sadistic dictator of Atlantis. When he joined the council they made a 7th position especially for him. His territory covers the oceans. He is the most influential members of the council. He is the evil counterpart of Aquaman.
> Johnny Quick. The money loving member of the group. He is the weakest of the group, in which he won't kill. He is the evil counterpart of the Flash and his territory covers australia and indonesia.
> Power Ring (Now deceased. Replaced by White Martian)
> White Cat (Now deceased. Replaced by Blood Eagle)
> Blood Eagle. The winged counterpart to Hawkman. He is rumoured to be from another planet. His territory covers South America.
> White Martian. Little is know about this member, except that his territory covers africa and india. He is the evil counterpart to the Martian Manhunter.
However, there are in this world heroes who try to fight the villains. Recently Lex Luthor, the planet's greatest hero, decided to start a group of heroes to combat the threat once and for all. He sends out a small alert to the heroes of the world, and tells them to meet him in his hidden base in antartica, a place the syndicate think below them and ignore. Shortly after the message is sent however, Luthor dies in a final struggle against Ultraman.
The basic premise for the this is going to be what happens afterwards when the heroes gather at Luthors base and discover he is dead. I'll be playing the roles of the Syndicate, as well as that of the Jester and Luthor's recordings.
Basically to join, choose a DC Villain and make them into a hero. For ideas, look at the following pages;
