What ass are you supposed to kiss to get a job as a Moderator around here? lol Seriously I was just wondering how you qualify to become a moderator for any of the boards here. I spend alot of time(like 5 hours in total a day)hanging around here and notice that the site needs some moderators. Soooo was thinking who I would need to bribe to get a job as one.

P.S. I have no life so don't ask. lol

Hey c'mon, I've always wanted to be a moderator. Almost got the job at a horror site I used to go to but then my computer started screwing up because it changed it's board style and couldnt handle it so I had to pass up the part. Ever since I got into Message Boards I've wanted to be one but I'm always being held down by the man(or in this sites case, the woman). lol

Wouldn't that application go directly to Laurel and Manu? You'd hafta kiss theirs to be able to tell others to kiss yours as a Moderator, no? LOL

Dearest Latino Heat, I simply e-mailed Laurel asking if either the Personals or the How To boards needed any "help". (Not to mention I caught a kid in the Personals section tonight and FWDed the message to Laurel. I even e-mailed her about the SRP board (before I found out about Mistress Hecate & ShyGuy ).

Since I never talk with Laurel or Manu, they'd probably take me kissing their ass the wrong way and kick me out of the board. Actualy the wouldn't be TO bad since then I'd be able to spend more time at Ebay. lol

So should I email her or what? The only time I talked to her was when I got my name done so she probably wouldn't even know who the hell I was. lol

Kitten Eyes, maybe we could work out that paddling in the SRP board.

It never hurts to try hon. I'm sure we'd all be making Laurel's work lighter if the moderator positions got filled. (Then she won't have to babysit the boards as much, and she can get crackin' on our stories! lol )

Yeah I guess I'll try to get a part as a Moderator. It'll give me something to do since I'm just not into the Role Playing boards that much right now. Been getting into to many fights over there lately.

Juliangel, Hey I used to stay here all day for awhile during my first two months. Was addicted to the Role Playing threads Superhero League and Star Wars. But this site can be very addicting sometimes.

Actually it was Laurel that approached me, and asked if I wanted to be a moderator on the SRP board. At first I said no thank you, but after I've thought about it a while, and talked to Hecate about it, I e-mailed her again, and suggested that both Hecate and I could be moderators. Which she thought was a good idea.
