Just to make you drool

Well dinner tonight was a bit of a treat. Bratwurst and Potatoe Salad.

Now we're talking Bratwurst that is some of the best I have had in many years and a potatoe Salad made from my grandmothers recipe. A taste treat from the old world.

Tomorrow though it will be even better. Weisse Wurst and Mild Kraut. (Yep I'm on a bit of a German Food kick.) I have found a butcher shop not far from where I live that makes traditional German Meats and Sausages among other things. Hell they even have things like CurryWurst and Rabbit. (Not to mention Quail, Pheasant and Duck and Venison.)

Lunch today was a bit of a treat as well. Siberian Perogies and Stuffed Cabbage.

The Owner is a Russian Imagrant and his wife is German. One of their employees is Polish and another is Checkloslovakia. Talk about a place I'll be visiting often.

Got to admit Cat.. the only part that sounds good is the Potato salad. The rest....*shivers* I don't care for...
