I've tried uploading new pics but I really early upgraded my phone. Now everytime I try to upload a pictureven, it says file too large and it's way too annoying to resize

When I want to resize a pic on my phone, I look at it in the gallery and take a screenshot. The screenshot will be lower resolution than the original pic.
