In a sense starting a thread, and wanting to vent. Join in if you want, for those days you really wonder... why.
It was just one of those days. The day after my vacation. I woke up today at my old house visiting family and friends to my ride waking me up telling me we got to go or we will be late. See, I set my alarm but forgot to turn the thing on!
So I finish last minute packing throw on a shirt and bolt out the door into the car.
At the airport I walk up to get my boarding pass and recieve it. I run to a little newstand a pick up a PostCard for a friend who asked me to get her one. At that time I realized I left my whole wallet at home. Home is not close either it's a good hour away and my plane left in an hour. No ID to get through security and only $20 cash on me that I left in my pocket! So I went up to the lady at the boarding pass position and asked her what I could do. She told me I would just have to go through a more extensive security check. Fine, I said and went on my way. At the security check point the lady there let me go through without anything different than normal. I thought "woohoo maybe my luck is turning around."
I got on my flight and got home, a good friend picked me up and laughed that I was burnt to a crisp from the sun, no matter it was worth it. I got home did a bit of reading and unpacking then took my friend to work. I needed to get to the bank today to get money for rent but NO July 5th is Independence Day observed (correct me if I'm wrong but don't we observe is on the 4th??).
Anyways, I can't get my money out of the bank to pay my roommate for rent. No real big deal we'll live. So then I start heading home then "BLAST!" my driver side tire blew out! Great I thought it is just my day. So a cop pulls over to help me out and we take off the bolts to the rim/tire and try to pull it off. It doesn't come off, we have no clue why, myself the cop and my friend who came to pick me up tried. Neither of us could get the thing off the car so I could put on the spare.
So now, my car is sitting down on the freeway, I had to blow $14 of the $20 I have till Wednesday on food because I have no working car right now. I have no licence, credit cards, ID, medical insurance etc until Wednesday. To then top it ALL off I found out I left my razor and CD wallet back at the my old house.
