I had an idea for a t-shirt design, but figured it had probably been done to death. Still, I did a Google image search. And was amazed to find no variation on it at all.

They are variations on the California state flag, done as CALIPORNIA REPUBLIC. This, of course, required 2 brown bears, Calipornicating.
I figure once these start to sell, rip-offs will be all over the place. So I wanted to document the design in a few places beforehand.
The worst horror stories I've heard have someone ripping off the design, hiring a lawyer and then suing the person who actually made the design.
This is an attempt to protect myself from that scenario.
Okay, and it doesn't hurt to have more people look at the design.
After you do, google search "CALIPORNIA" You will only find my designs doing variations on the state flag.
I'm trying to contact the buyer at Hot Topic now, but can't seem to get past the voice mail. If anyone knows any other outlets that might like these, please let me know.
