How many here are authors?

Are any of you willing to edit stories?

Please, also, tell me a bit about yourselves as I get my feet wet.

And feel free to ask me anything :)

I'm Game

I've written some stories on Lit and if your story isn't TOO long then I'd be willing to edit.

As for myself, Lit and sites like it have opened up my sexuality to things I'd never expect. I'm now bi curious altho I doubt I'd go thru with it in real life. And like a lot of males, I'm into lesbians and I have a particular interest in mother-daughter sex. I've even written some stories on the subject.

Do you have any stories submited?

Hi

I'm new here, well kinda. I've been an avid reader of Lit since they started (?), I think. It was the summer of '99 when I found this place. Once in a while I lurked in the BB, but before now I never posted anything myself. I've been somewhat of a novice writer on my own since my childhood and have recently been tempted to submit some things to Lit. I think I'm fairly bright when it comes to the English language, grammar, and the written word. I'd be willing to be a volunteer editor. It may help me get to know some of you people better. ;) I have a slight shy side, so I'm sure over time I'll be more willing to tell ya'll more about me. Until then...

;)

It is great to meet you both.

No, etstories, I have never submitted stories as I lack a bit of self confidence in my creative writing. I have stories that need editors and feedback. No! Not the "Your story made me hot" type of feedback, but genuine and informed feedback.

I have been a career for thirteen years where I often right reports, lengthy reports that are based on families. Hence, they read like stories.

How this impacts my creative writing is that is has all but suffocated any creative writing skills I had. Reports are clear, concise and succinct. If you write a story that is consistent with how I write reports you have "They met. They fucked. They came hard."

*smirks* So that is how my stories read!

Ack!

Miss T,

Feel free to send me your writing for editing/critique anytime.

Cheers!

-T

If you've run it through a spell check at least once it will be better than 50% of the stuff that gets submitted to Lit. Don't sweat it. I'm willing to face the danger.

Thanks, T!

But I must warn you, it really sucks!

:D

I write a bit, as time permits. 7 posted so far, a few more in the works. I have avidly read at Lit for years, joined in Feb or Jan to see who else was here. Found Forum only in June.

Hope to write more. A lot about me can be found at my personal " Playful in the Middle of Nowhere", or other threads I frequent .

I agree you oughta try writing.

Take that first draft.

" They met"

ok- where. What time of day was it, who are they. What are they wearing. Why do they meet. Who speaks first? What does he/she say?

" They fuck"

where? clothed or naked? If clothed, in what? If naked, how do they get that way?

what enters which orifice? do they like it? does anyone else help/join in/ watch?

are they interrupted? does it go fast or slow?

" They came hard"

do they stop at once? Who cums first? Do they regret it? What do they do after?

I signed up in June this year. So far, I've had 32 submissions (half poetry, half stories), I'm number 4 on the Survivor Contest List, and I've forced my opinion upon people more than 700 times.

I've been a writer since I was 5 (which was when I learned how to write), and an erotica writer since I was 14. (We start early in my country.) I've gone through the university, I'm a journalist, and currently I'm working on starting my own translation company.

I haven't done any editing on-line, but I have translated a story for everyone's favorite red-head, Chicklet. Wouldn't mind giving editing a try, though.

Linnet, I do have a question: do you get payed for being a thread moderator, or is it just an honour job?

Linnet? Where?

1) Hell yeah I'm an author - like, a bunch of my stories are never gonna get finished, but then, a bunch of them ARE!

2) I've offered to edit things before but it turns out I don't really know what I'm talking about and have a hard time getting back to people (sorry Linnet, MrFrost, Sirhugs, etc...)

3) My own note - This forum kicks ass. I always read the story ideas (I think I've completed 4 stories for people with requests) and I love the brainstorms. I think of it more as a brainstorm forum than a "story ideas" forum - let's you get down and dirty with the ideas swimmin' in your heads.

MissTaken, MissLinnet... Uh-key, time to put this Swede to bed...

*warm smiles*

No, there is no money involved in being a moderator.

Lit has been my cyber home for more than a year and far too many posts.

I offered to help and my offer was accepted.

:)

A good choice for me and I hope it will be for all of you.

I am having a wonderful time on this forum!

Thank Laurel!

She laid down the rules very clearly so we could clean up those threads.

And, one never knows when yayati is coming back. He has "left lit" before, only to return.

In any event, he is welcome here as long as he wants to talk about serious story threads. Of course :)

Because kids under 18 are not allowed to do all the funny, nasty things that Lit Stories are all about!:D
