it doesn't mean you have to do the dance.

Get it?

(Lasher, this is my leap year special; just for you. Let's see if you do the dance, cutie pie).

No....

I called him a cutie pie. It's about the same thing. Both are terms of affection.

Pardon me entering this thread with a serious question Rosebud, but would you mind telling me how you know this very British song? Also, since you are from mid US, why you expected others to know it? I would be most interested to learn.

My Boomarang won't come back.
I waved the thing all over the place,
Practiced 'till I was black in the face,
I'm a big disgrace to the Aborigine race,
My Boomarang won't come back.

Oh Never you are right again. Thank you, I don't think that there is to many people that haven't seen Ghost....and there you go gus, there is your answer

No Blue you don't have to dance....but you do "have to pay the fiddler" of course "He who pays the fiddler calls the tune" which brings us back to the beginning of this whole mess.

Just trying to satisfy your love of platitudes.

*Can't dance... too fat to fly ... might as well fuck.*

Mr. Bo Jangles here -

Not one much for dancing. (Although right now, I'm tapping my foot to your tune.) Why? I see too much vanity in the prevalence of dancing out there. And I'm pretty self confident - I've actually been naked, doing fun things in front of quite a few people. But dancing's different (first you got your clothes on) - you know, like normal ball room dancing, the Tango - the Frug(g,e) (spelling?) - whatever, call it popular dance. Even though I appreciate it when it's done beautifully. I can't seem to get comfortable doing it - unless I have a belt or two or three. Then, I actually get pretty good and can hold my own but I never "want" to get out on that dance floor. Awkward until my inner Bo Jangles comes out - gotta take the 5th - of Jack Daniel's that is.

hum when you don't know the words!

DOOO your ears hang low?
Do they wobble to and fro?
Can you tie them in a knot?
Can you tie them in a bow?
Can you throw them over your shoulder like a hmmhmmmhmhm soldier?
Do your eeeearrsss hang low?

You folks are the greatest!!!

You never cease to amaze me with your wit (and your wisdom). And Izzy, thanks for the song. It brightened my day. I was feeling a little...(see below).

Do your Ears Hang Low?

That is how that song goes? Who Knew? I never did that's for sure. I thought it was: Do your boobs hang low... ect.
I am telling you people I just have to get out more.

Have A Good One

... and yet another version of the classic

that is so funny cause i just heard that song (directed at a male) the other day as:

"Do your boys hang low
Do they wobble to and fro .. etc."

<big hugs Blue>

Do your boobs hang low?? Do your boys hang low?? lmao

Wellllll... I learned the song in elementary school. I didn't even realize there were perverted versions, though I guess those are pretty obvious ones. I feel so deprived! Thanks both of you for enlightening me. hehehe

:D
