I thought 4:20 refered to a kind of unofficial national pot smoking time of day.

I even saw a bumper sticker that said "It's 4:19...Got a Minute?"


but then again this sounds like it was carried over from another conversation so maybe I don't know what your/I'm talking about

I've seen people light up on those type of events on the news. I don't know how they get away with it. In Ohio it is a misdemeanor if under a certain amount, perhaps that is how?

In Brittan tea is taken at 4pm, in American pot is smoked at 4:20 - therefore 4/20 is national pot smoking day.
