OK, so perhaps this doesn't belong in the lounge, but I think it fits the laid back and simple discussion aspect of the lounge, so I'm putting it here. Should any mod feel it incorrectly located I've no problem with them moving it to the correct area.
Premise
I view threads I write in as stories, an opportunity to craft a character, a setting, preferably with some plot elements as well as sex. Something of a dual authored novel/novella depending on various aspects. This is all well and good, and hopefully anyone who reads enjoys. On the other hand, plenty of times I'll be struck with inspiration in the form of something shorter. Without clearly defined characters or deep descriptions, so on and so forth I'm sure you get the idea.
The idea behind the Just a Scene would be that, just a scene. Instead of a fully thought out and developed thread, just a glimpse with a couple of people. A short story to the novel/novella concept. I'm putting this here for discussion purposes, interest checking, basically whatever goes along with it. Ideas can be posted here by anyone who isn't deliberately trolling/has at least 45% brain functionality.
I'm putting this out here to see if anyone would be interested in this. I'm not at all the only person who someone could do this idea with, and anyone is free to use the premise. Any of these that I do will have the preface in the title Just a Scene do distinguish between normal threads and simple scene threads. I'll probably be posting some ideas tomorrow and whenever they strike me, should any ideas resonate with anyone feel free to PM with interest. If anyone else likes the concept, please respect their wishes about PM's and whatnot.
