Just a question

I just read a story where the man's children, under the wonderful Lit age of 18, walked in on their mother and another man having sex. Now is this against the rules or not?

I would have to say no it does not break the rules.
My reasoning....
the children themselves did not engage in the sexual act.

I am sure that anyone that has had young children at one time or another had one of the little cherubs wander in at that 'moment'. How is that any different then the children in this story wandering in unexpectedly.

The only thing I would immediately go no no bad over is if the children actually engaged in sex after they walked in.

Depends. Literotica DOES acknowledge that teens have sex and kids can walk in on parents having sex, etc. The realities of life, as it were. What they don't want is detailed descriptions of anyone under 18 having or likely seeing sex.

So you can mention that a heroine's first sexual experience was at age 14...but you can't show it. Likewise, it's probably fine if the parents are engaging in sex and suddenly the door flies open and the kids scream, "Mommy! Daddy! What are you doing?" as the parents try to cover up.

But if the little kids were told by Mommy/Daddy, "Stand there and watch," and from the kids point-of-view we got a detailed, pornographic description of the sex, then Lit might object to this voyeur/underage incest story.
