Just a Query

Not sure if i've posted this to the right place or not, but i just wondered how long there normally is between submitting a story and finding out whether or not it will be added to the site?


Just an average time would be cool,

If it's for one of the seasonal contests, I've heard as fast as 12 hours. Standard submissions typically take a full 24 hours to be approved. That doesn't include posting to and refreshing the 'New Stories' list. All in all, about two to three days.

Hi TF and welcome!

The lit site says between 3-5 days last time I checked, but during peak periods like competitions and beginning of month, allow for a lot longer for usual stories (not entered into the comp), perhaps even a week.
