Just a note in general about my music taste

I'm sitting here listening to guns and roses Sweet Child Of Mine, and my son drops a file in my music folder from the ether. It is a version of the same song by none other than Sheryl Crow, whom I like to listen to also. I play it and guess what!

I LIKE IT. A LOT.

I agree, all though some are better than the original. Such as when motley crue did smoken in the boys room, and when Doro Pesche did White wedding. Those are better than the originals, rare exceptions. I do not like the new version of sweet child though. Its just so not rocken like the original. Thats my humble two cents anyway.

My tastes are very eclectic. I enjoy stinged quartets, merle haggard, mostly hard line like ozzy osbourne, creed, van halen, guns and roses, yes even nirvana. I also like doobie brothers, eagles, stones, sabbath, jethro tull, chicago ZZ tops, jimi hendrix,stevie ray vaughn, and so much more.
love guitar solos with high riffs and good bass. good music mentioned above too. I guess not so eclectic as strang mix.
