I don't care who you are, who registers or not - if you troll anonymously under some name other than your main name, and don't tell people who you are, then you are most likely a troll.

At best you are boring, at worst annoying.

I don't really care about all the stupid soap opera stuff that goes on with the all the different troll wars here - if you can't post interesting or informative, and relatively polite posts then I don't care what your name is, just go away.

Any person that posts as "unregistered" should not be trusted with personal private info. I don't give such info but to a very select few and only if they have been around for quite some time - people have to earn my trust, and I doubt anybody posting as "unregistered" will ever earn it.

Your points are valid, but why couldn't KR just register as someone else, make some innocent posts and then use that to gain info? Do you really think outing him like this will prevent that?

Prevent? No. Be effective long enough to stop a couple of newbies from giving him pesonal info? Yes.

I've been here long enough to decide whether or not a warning post sounds legit or not -- but someone new to the board might not be. It's worth a little bull shit troll paranoia that I don't pay attention to anyway if it wises a newbie up for an hour or two. No harm in it.
