Just a couple of quick things

Also, I bought a couple of little mini rose bushes last night! I had always wanted some but was never allowed to get some by you know who. Well scre that I went to the store and mom helped me dig some out. They're half dead little 3 ollar pots, but I tok them home cleaned out all the dead and gave them some water.

they're broken, I'm broken, we'll just have to heal together ^.^

Now.... how in blazes do I take care of mini roses? o.0;;;

I won't offer advice on the rose bushes. Plants under my care die slow deaths.

But alas, I am not, and still scream in terror at the thought.

At this time of year, you won't need to do much for the roses - it's coming up to winter where you are isn't it (hust checkin')? They'll drop all leaves and do a really good impression of being dead until spring.

You take care of roses the same as you take care of anything: You provide them what they require and they do the rest. They dont need social workers or shrinks or grief counselors. Just the stuff they need.

It's looking good lady. (Your back that is.) It looks to be healing nicely.

As for the Roses, I haven't the foggiest idea. However my father should be online again in a week or so and I'll ask him. (He has something like 20 Bushes out back of his place, he's been growing them for the past 25 years.)

My daughter-in-law fell off her Harley the other day. Went around a curve and lost control of it. The Harley is total crap now. It was new. She's covered with road burns and assorted bruises.

Scooters are a lot of fun.

Glad you're healing nicely.

In your neck of the woods, roses don't need a lot of care.

If you haven't planted them yet, just add some Millorganite or dessicated manure in the hole to give them a jump start.

Then add mulch, water ;bout twice a week, fertilize 3 times in tne summer with Rose fertilizer and watch 'em bloom.

If harmful insects appear, insecticide dust or a spray should fix them.

If you're not into insecticides (sounds like a Lit category) just spray them with plain water about sundown. (don't spray during the day as the water acts like a magnifying glass)
