Still in and out (not in RL lately though damn it, RL's a bit more up and down) occasionally. Lots going on right now. Planning my 6 months in Canada is high on the list of things going on (I depart in 4 weeks). As is dealing with the final break up of my 7 year relationship.

A change of scenery. Been planning this for about 6 months, but it's only just sinking in.

Apparently the need to get OUT isn't something that most Americans can grasp, but it's very common here in the antipodies. Labled 'the Big OE' (Overseas Experience) a huge number of late teens, early twenties go, mostly to Europe. I missed it and regreted it, but my life is a little more open now.

It's beautiful up there and you're going during the right time of year - you won't be freezing your cojones off the whole time.

I have a friend who has family in BC. In fact, he's headed up there in a week to see his little girl.

Hope you enjoy yourself while you're there. And, a word of advice - you might want to stay out of the bushes while you're up there - LOL.
