This is why I "celebrate" the only way I, as a dirty, filthy, nasty fucking monster known as an infantryman feel appropriate.

Reciting the infantry and ranger creeds, my oath of enlistment, fasting, PT'ing and some time on the range while exhausted, hungry and hurting all over.

Until I'm physically incapable I will continue to "celebrate" independence on 4JULY by staying ready and prepared to pay the price for it.
