And yes, 4th of July is not one of my favoriate holidays. Here in the desert, the fireworks start late and driving anywhere means dealing with a ton of drunks on the road.

Then you have the stories of all the idiots (pronounced 'men') who manage to blow themselves, or at least parts, off with their expert knowledge of fireworks. The first death this year happened yesterday in Florida if I recall correctly.
