Going through the Priest back catalog the last several months or so, much of it I hadn't listened to in many years. I would rank their albums from best to worst as follows (Halford era only, not familiar with the Ripper stuff):

1 Defenders of the Faith
2 Turbo
3 Screaming for Vengence
4 Killing Machine
5 Point of Entry
6 Sad Wings of Destiny
7 British Steel
8 Angel of Retribution
9 Sin after Sin
10 Painkiller
11 Ram it Down
12 Stained Class
13 Rocka Rolla
14 Nostradamus

I know many JP fans would disagree, especially with Turbo, but I think its held up over the years. I never could get into Stained Class for some reason. Defenders is their master work, not a bad song on it.

Well, I never actually listened to Nostradamus before, I just read all the bad reviews. Listening to some of it on Youtube today, its not that bad. Kind of wierd and unPriestly, but Halford doing actual Opera vocals is pretty amazing.
Sure, its not a very original concept, but these guys are such good musicians who cares.
