I walk slowly threw the woods my eye’s open and darting at any sound nervousness pulsing threw me. Why had I agreed to come out hear the note didn’t give any details or reasons just the simple message asking me to come. I was strangely compelled to do so even agenst my better judgment.
I come out in to a clearing vagly surprised that I fond it as I was never one for finding my way threw the woods. I’m more of a city dweller. I move to the center of the clearing looking around cearisly. I then sit cross legged on the soft grass hoping that I didn't sit on a nest of ants or on some poison ivy. “I’ll wait for a few minutes then I’ll go.” I say softly though I know deep down that I would stay as long as it took.
I close my eyes trying to relax as the memory of finding the knot one day after work. It was laying on my pillow in my apartment though there was no sine of some one braking in. I didn’t even find the tall tale sine of some one using a lock pick on the door. I red the knot in disbelief at its contents wondering who or what would want me to go out in to the woods. At first I was going to call the cops but even as my hand reached for the phone some thing strong compelling me not to.
The knot gave the date and the time and the name of the woods but I no instructions on where the clearing was. I had fot with my self not to go to through the knot away and to forget about it, but I always fond an excuse to keep it. And now hear I am in the medal of no where waiting for god knows what.
I focus my mind on relaxing figuring as long as I was out her I might as well enjoy it. I feel a cool fresh breaz brush by me something that one would never find in the city. I take a deep breath filling my longs with the sweet fresh air. “I should do this more often.” I say softly to my self as the sound of the birds singing begins as they grow used to my presents. I hear the faint rusil of small paws moving threw the under brush as the wildlife continues there daily rootean around me.
