Rotting begins at the head, and the rot continues until it reaches the tail.
Nothing illustrates this notion better than the Republican party.
What have we come to expect from the Republican party ?
What do we expect from supporters of the Republican party ?
Lies.
What have we come to understand, since the murder of Michael Brown ?
An American citizen has no rights.
No even a right to live.
(Most Republicans are Pro- Life for fetuses.)
The reporters gather at a McDonald's for a week.
No trouble, no fuss. What prompted a group of
heavily armed police to remove two journalists ?
Why inform the journalists that 911 would not answer their calls?
(Premise- Journalists would not be safe.)
Why ask for ID and walk away ?
Odd incident- One journalist asks why he had to show his ID.
(Premise, disobedience. Refused to show ID when asked.)
Legal right to withhold identity...
Why return and demand that the journalists leave ?
" I pulled my phone out and began recording video."
An officer with a large weapon came up to me and said, “Stop recording.”
I said, “Officer, do I not have the right to record you?”
He backed off but told me to hurry up.
So I gathered my notebook and pens with one hand
while recording him with the other hand.u
He backed off but told me to hurry up.
So I gathered my notebook and pens with one hand
while recording him with the other hand.
I exited, I saw Ryan to my left, having a similar argument
with two officers.
I recorded him, too, and that angered the officer.
As I made my way toward the door,
the officers gave me conflicting information.
(The lies begin. The victim will be accused of not cooperating. Catch 22 ?)
One instructed me to exit to my left. As I turned left,
another officer emerged, blocking my path.
“Go another way,” he said.
As I turned, my backpack, which was slung over one shoulder,
began to slip. I said, “Officers, let me just gather my bag.”
(The journalist requested a delay, and the journalist spoke. Trigger ?)
As I did, one of them said, “Okay, let’s take him.”
Multiple officers grabbed me. I tried to turn my back to them
to assist them in arresting me. I dropped the things from my hands.
My hands are behind my back,” I said. “I’m not resisting. I’m not resisting.”
At which point one officer said: “You’re resisting. Stop resisting.”
(Which justifies slamming the journalist into a soda machine,
which, at one point set off the Coke dispenser. The journalist
that asked about ID had his head slammed into a door.
Two cooperative and passive journalists, and the police justify
using violence to "subdue" the trespassers.")
The police enjoy inflicting injury and pain on those they hate.
Two journalists with credentials, and links to credible media outlets.
Why would the Ferguson police want to lock them up that night ?
Why violate the freedom of the press ?
A ride in a paddy wagon, to jail.
Who was the arrested man, that was having a medical emergency ?
A clear message to the journalists, that the police do not care if a citizen lives or dies. Their power is absolute, if you are in their hands. Is this America ?
The police told the journalists that they were being detained for trespassing.
What is this police officer expressing, when he tells the journalist-
"I hope you’re happy with yourself.”
????
With the brutality and violence expressed toward the journalists at McDonald's,
it is clear that the police are not happy with truth telling about the events in Ferguson.
Police officer to journalist- "Yeah, well,(smart arse) you’re going to be in my jail cell tonight.”
The officer expresses a hopeful wish, and not a reality.
He leaves the journalists with a false impression.
The journalists are held for an hour and a half.
The journalists are processed and released.
No mugshots.
No arrest report ?
The journalists are aware of their rights.
They make requests.
"We asked to see an arrest report. No report, the officer told us,
and no, they wouldn’t provide any names."
"I asked if there would ever be a report. He came back with a case number
and said a report would be available in a week or two."

Return to Ferguson
August 10, 2015
The journalist received a court summons dated Aug. 6th, a week before the one-year statute of limitations was set to expire on the trespassing charge.
The journalist has been ordered to appear in a municipal court on Aug. 24 and could face arrest if he fails to show. Each count carries a possible $1,000 fine and up to a year in jail.
According to [this month’s] summons, “Lowery is being charged with trespassing on private property despite being asked to leave,” the Post reports. “He is also charged with interfering with a police officer’s performance of his duties because, the summons alleges, he failed to comply with ‘repeated commands to immediately exit’ the restaurant.”
(Lies.)
The journalist that requested a reason for showing ID, said on Monday evening he had not been charged, but a St. Louis County spokesman told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that the ID questioner was being charged with the same counts as the backpack journalist.

The Ferguson police have worked out a system to strip the Ferguson community of money. They are well experienced in ways to entrap their victims.
