.......I have concocted a lovely pasta dish with fettuccine, pan seared salmon, fresh roma tomatos, asparagus, garlic, olive oil and accented with fresh basil and a dash of sea salt.

I have a lovely bottle of Cuvee Ella ready to be opened and vanilla candles burning away....

Very nice...I actually make a lovely mint chocolate mousse with fresh whipped cream...which of course can be used for other things as well
