Joe Biden's physician PLEADS THE FIFTH and REFUSES to testify before Congress.

These include Andy Harris (R-MD-1), an Anesthesiologist, John Joyce (R-PA-13), a Dermatologist, and Greg Murphy (R-NC-3), a Urologist. Other Republican physicians in the House include Ronny Jackson (R-TX-13), Scott DesJarlais (R-TN-4), Larry Bucshon (R-IN-8), Neal Dunn (R-FL-2), Mark Green (R-TN-7), Rich McCormick (R-GA-6), Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-IA-1), and Bob Onder (R-MO).

Because he's smart.

I would never testify in front of Congress about something I'd done professionally.

It's not that I have anything to hide, it's that I have a 5th Amendment Right to not be forced to testify against myself in any way. This includes participating in a potential perjury trap.
 
Political showboating by Congressional Republicans. Spoiler Alert: Biden’s dementia was widely recognized by 70% of American voters. It’s obvious to everyone that his family and handlers tried unsuccessfully to cover it up. We don’t need testimony by his physician to explain that.

As far as the prostate cancer, there are plenty of physicians out there that believe and can credibly argue that PSA testing and biopsies for men in their 80s is pointless.

There are no smoking guns to be found, and even if there were, what’s the point? The Biden administration is an ugly chapter in American history. Keeping the memory alive serves no useful purpose.

Taking the Fifth Amendment is disgraceful, the felon said when attacking political opponents who took the Fifth.

When testifying, he invoked the Fifth Amendment hundreds of times, telling reporters that it was due to personal attacks against him. People were out to destroy him, and that was his defense.

One could say that those he previously ridiculed for taking the Fifth Amendment felt the same way.

Not to worry, Arph, I'm confident Congress would never call you to testify. It's just a gut feeling I have based on your posts.
