Job Growth 200K + for 12 consecutive months

Unemployment falls to 5.5%

Good news - right?

It all happened DESPITE Obama's anti-business philosophy!

The numbers will be revised down later.

The numbers are being massaged by Obama friendly sycophants.

Did I cover all of the wingnut normal responses?

You missed "Just imagine what the numbers would have been with a Romney/Ryan administration!" :)

You missed "they're all flipping burgers."

(Who knew Google, AIG, and JPMorgan had flattop grills.)

BND has gone full NIGGER

and only NIGGERS appear in the threads

I don't suppose you have at all considered the job growth needed just to keep up with population growth in a country with 1,600 times that many people? Sounds about right: one new job for every 1600 people when only about 1000 of those 1600 people have jobs.

Of course a "new job" doesn't necessarily take into account jobs that went away.

"Employment was HIGHER when there were temporary part-time jobs going on during the X'Mas/New Year's holiday season, of course!"

"Did you count the after-Valentine's Day holiday temporary part-time jobs ending?"

"What happens when the temporary part-time jobs after the St. Patrick's Day holiday ends, huh?"

"Of COURSE employment is up when you have a bunch of temporary part-time jobs due to the upcoming Mothers' Day holiday season!"

Such should be matched with the number of people who went off the roles when their unemployment ran out.

That way we can get a real assessment.

And there are still those who want guaranteed income provided by real people with jobs. Why would that be needed?

Damn - how did we miss this one?

That's Chickenshit McFatass favorite duh-flection: "But...But...U-6!"

I wonder if Queerbait will once again swear that gummint numbers are always revised when nobody is looking.

When LIBZ speak of jobs they suddenly ignore LIVING WAGE or part time work replacing full time bills.

100 new jobs for every town populated with 160,000 people. Let's celebrate!

Since 1/3 or more of those are part-time think of all the free time that leaves! Woo hoo!

We are discussing new jobs, not all jobs, dunce.

Waiting for Obamacare to destroy the economy is like leaving a key under the mat for Amelia Earhart.

Is that what we are waiting for? I thought the point of Obamacare was to lower the cost of healthcare unshackle people from their jobs and free them to pursue their passions. When is that gonna happen?

Maybe it's been lost in all the great news about all of the jobs created in the green energy economy

How about those shovel ready jobs are those all done now?

Where do you get those weird ideas? Are you a Fox News viewer?

Straight out of Obama's speeches. Does none of that matter anymore, or did you know it was bullshit when he said it?

Welp, seems to me from your prior words that the real problem is one of population imbalance, not one of eck-o-nomics or Obammycare, purr say.

The most expedient, accessible and logical answer to our problem is if we 1) stop having human beans bein' borned (for a period of time) and 2) kill off enough of the ones living currently, we can have enough jobs and money to go around for the remaining living human beans.

And what is it that we all do better as human beans than kill each other?

Hell, our history proves it's a fucking growth industry, killing and dying! It'd be like paying money to get more money!

Fucking A, dude. How simple was that? I seriously don't understand why we're always disagreeing and at loggerheads when it's that easy! :D

Now, not to be a real Debbie Downer, but as I sees it, the only persnickety issue with killing people in order to make more room as a solution for more jobs and money and freedoms, etc., is one of disposal and waste removal. Not a job everyone wants to be responsible for, I know. But hell, what did God give us the gift of fire for? Stuff 'em in that oven, put 'em on the woodpile, turn the dial, BOOM THERE YA GO. And then we got big-ass oceans and shit. DUMP 'EM. BOOM THERE YA GO.

Just sayin'. Dude. Bro. Man.

I'm fairly certain that a large percentage of those 160,000 in your fictitious town would already have jobs, dummy.

Nationally, an average of 99,200 of them would have jobs. This huge increase in jobs (assuming no jobs are concurrently lost) would mean 99,300 of them would have jobs. What is your point?
