Jenny Craig

The negatives are that you pay them a lot of money to weigh you and read aloud to you memorized portions of diet books. On the up side, all the food is totally processed, and very expensive, with nice small potions, because if you want to eat a lot, that'll stop you.

If you want to go on a diet, I suggest the inexpensive way, like Slim Fast shakes. I tried one, once, just to see what it tastes like. YUMMY!!!!!!!

Very expensive.

I went there some years back and it was very, very expensive. Apparently for the money I spent I am a lifetime member. I did lose weight rapidly and they didn't seem to like that. I was losing 7-9 pds a week. When I would go in they kept upping my calories, but the job I was at made it very difficult to stop and eat all the food that they wanted me to. They do give you a ton of food and you also add in your own stuff ie vegetables, fruit..whatever. I wouldn't mind going there to lose weight especially because you are inundated with support but it is very costly and personally I can't afford it. It was about 95$ a week for food. But this is just my opinion, and it was a few years back so things may have changed.:)

Jenny Craig is way oo expensive and a waste of your time. You have to go to meetings and get weighedd in, when you can do that yourself. The best way is to motivate yourself to exercise, and to eat healthier, try staying away from the junk food that is the hard part.

But if you need a support system it may be good me I did it on my own and it was more of an accomplishment. Its wilpower, total willpower. Good luck whatever way you decide to go. But remedmber don't give up it takes time and a lot of patience.

I don't know much about Jenny Craig, Except that is very expensive. I did however do Weight Watchers awhile back. I was very happy with it, $11 bucks a week, you eat what you want based on a point system that is very easy to follow, they are a wonderful support system when you need to be held acountable for choices you make. When you know you are going to be weighed at the end of the week , it sure makes the choice between a doughnut or french toast made with lowfat bread and egg whites a lot easier. I lost about 20#'s in a 3 month period. They also encourage sensible/realistic weight loss and encourage exercise instead of promising an unabtainable goal.

You can't really go on a diet, you need to change your life style period. Weight watchers is great for that! They really teach you about portion control. I am on it now. It is slow, but that is really how weight loss should be. Good luck let me know what you decide.
