Jelly Beans!

Damn, haven't had any for ages...couple of years probably. Love black ones, followed by lime, orange, and white. :D

awwwwwwww *shares mine*

They're all over the house here - lounge, bedroom, my bag, car - because Master's diabetic they're great for a quick sugar boost. Strangely enough I hardly ever eat them, I don't have much of a sweet tooth. I like the red ones best, and never liked black though Master loves them :)

Not much of a sweet tooth, either. I guess I'm sweet enough already? ;) But, I have had and enjoyed jelly beans before. I think the brand I've enjoyed the most is Jelly Belly They have so many different flavors. The ones that taste like other foods and candies are kind of interesting..

Is this something related to Easter, KC? Jelly beans do resemble eggs.

I hate regular jelly beans, but i LOVE the starburst brand...especially the red ones.

Damn, it's near easter isn't it? I need to get some...

I don't believe you.

Why don't you send the rest of them to me so I can see for myself? :D

hehe...Jelly Belly jelly beans were the only kind of JBs that Ron Reagan would eat. Haveing said that, I dont eat much candy as it is, but I cannot say no to Jelly Belly jelly beans either.

followed closely by red ones..(cinnomon) mmmmmm

*leaves a trail of black and red jellybeans* :)

are they leading someplace warm wet and female??? If so..just put em in a bowl by the bed..I'll be there shortly ;)

Red (cherry) and yellow (lemon) ones are awesome. The starburst ones are excellent, but I still love the jelly bellies best.

What's really yummy is MIXING the cherry and lemon and eating them at the same time.

*drools*

I generally avoid gummy things like jelly beans if I can. I ate some gummy bears once and woke up the next morning with my lips out to there! I'm dead serious! So I now associate gummy things with abscesses. Scared the fuck outta me!

However, that being said, I'd got for Jolly Rancher ones if I were buying, which I have bought. I think I've bought the Starburst ones. The Harry Potter Bernie Bots Beans I tried because I wanted to know, does it really taste like snot and so on. Those were interesting.

Still, I avoid jelly beans.

For Easter I rock out on "birds eggs," those Whopper like candies. In fact, it's not Easter without them. Just like it's not Valentines without red hots. Fortunately my kids hate em and give all theirs to me!

What are jelly beans? Are they something like gummibears, same texture (I figure the 'jelly' in the name must mean something), but different shape?

They're about the same texture as gummibears on the inside. The outside usually has a thin shell made of sugar -- it's not as crunchy as that of an m&m, more like compressed flavored sugar. :)

They're yummi yummi yummi! :D

That sounds like WAY too sweet for any German taste buds.
