I was just thinking about jealousy and why so many people seem to feel it.
I don't remember ever feeling jealous about anything.

Not at all. If anything, I view it as a green light for me to begin flirtations.

Jealousy is THE most counter productive emotion. And... well... DUMB.

I don't think I've ever been jealous as such, envious, yes. Once or twice anyway, when I've felt something else has been getting the attention I should be getting.

However, I'm not sure I quite get jealousy -thank God!
 
I rarely flirt. So I have no idea if someone I'm friends with is flirting with someone else.

Nor do I care.
 
It is a great waste of energy, it's true, particularly when it extends to a need to reveal it. Then the jealous person just looks pathetic.

No, I don't think that I've ever been jealous over flirtations here. I have no claim over anyone and Ive very aware of that. I have been on the recieving end of such jealousy on more than one occasion, though. It was senseless and left me with a very bad taste for GB flirting.

Hmmm...I don't know if this is the same thing because I don't normally send PMs to someone that my husband flirts with. All I know is that if he flirted with someone I didn't find attractive then he wouldn't be welcome to bring him/her home. ;)

Hmmm.....borderline, I'd say. At least you don't covertly threaten them with nastiness.

No...they just wouldn't get to enjoy the nastiness if I wasn't attracted to them. :p
