Bull shit. The President and everyone around him is fully vaccinated. If he had any concerns about the Prime Minister's health, he should have told him to stay in Japan. It's not as though he was going to receive him personally anyway. The enemy (Japan) of my friend (China) is my (Biden's*) enemy. The Prime Minister was humiliated and visibly offended. He went back to Japan and said, "Boys, we are in deep shit."

Apparently you don't know that the vaccine neither prevents anyone from getting Covid or transmitting it. Trot off and inform yourself better than you have.
