I'm posting this for the purely selfish reason that, thanks to Abs not submitting her story Dr. Bob and His Dildo in January, my Valentine contest entry finished first in Humor and Satire.

I also want to thank Sexxy Vixen for not entering a story in that category, a failure that meant her stories lead all others in ONLY five categories.

The AH seems to be well represented this month, although I didn't recognize any names among the three winners. Congratulations to everyone.

Did anyone notice that there was no nomination for a story written in French? It seems that if anyone had written a story in French and submitted in January it would have been nominated by default.

Now there's a challenge. There's a few days left in February. Who can write the worst French and produce a story that will win a nomination? That should shame the Francophones into writing.

Rumple, I actually did submit a story in the humor category, but yours had the requisite 50 votes and mine only had 31. The Cock in the Sock was submitted in January and held the top spot in the category for a few weeks before someone gave it a 2 because he said it belonged in the poetry category.... I'm going to go read your story. I bet it's fabulous, yours always are.

I actually submitted in all categories (survivor contest), but there are far better writers on this site than me (or is it I? I can never can keep that straight). I just happened to get the ones where stuff isn't submitted as often so there wasn't as much competition, lol.

Wishful, I could never compete with you... your stories rock...
